Consultations
All consultations are booked in advance. Payment is due at time of booking. A minimum 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule; late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
Products & shipping
Products are shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation. Free shipping is offered Australia-wide. International orders are quoted separately.
Returns
Due to the nature of homeopathic remedies, we accept returns only for faulty or damaged products. Please email within 14 days of receipt.
