About

A quieter kind of medicine.

Homeopathy is slow, thoughtful, and remarkably powerful. This is how I practice it.

The Practice

Ten years listening to families.

I came to homeopathy the way many mothers do — searching for something gentler for my own children. What I found was a system of medicine that treats the whole person: the fever and the child who has it, the eczema and the temperament it lives on.

My practice is built around long, unhurried consultations. We talk. I listen. I ask the questions others may not think to ask. From that picture, I prescribe a remedy chosen for you alone.

I'm a qualified homeopath and naturopath, registered with AROH (Australian Register of Homoeopaths), and I've supported over a thousand families through pregnancy, childhood, chronic conditions and everyday wellness.

What I believe

Four quiet principles.

Every person is unique.

Two children with the same cough do not need the same remedy. Homeopathy is prescribed for the individual, never the label.

Symptoms are messages.

The body is intelligent. Symptoms are the way it speaks — and the way it heals. We listen, we do not suppress.

Gentleness works.

Gentle does not mean weak. Well-chosen remedies act quickly, deeply and safely — even for the smallest baby.

Mothers know.

You are the expert on your child. My role is to give you knowledge, remedies and a plan you can trust.
